Shipping policy

What it costs

• Lower 48 states and Washington, DC: free, on every order, whatever the size.
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO): $5 flat per order.
• Outside the US: we don't ship internationally yet.

How it travels

Every order goes by USPS Ground Advantage. Within the lower 48, that's usually 2–5 business days once it leaves us. Alaska, Hawaii, the territories and military addresses can take longer.

We pack orders ourselves, so allow a couple of business days for yours to leave. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it does.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking stalls, your parcel arrives damaged, or it never turns up, email hi@dearpeony.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an address error, we'll get in touch to send it again.
